The harvest is continuitng at a very quick pace.

The final oats cut off date is *August 13th* with a purchase date of *August
21*. Please pre-purchase oats now. This cut off date does not apply to
General Mills or Post cereals that will have a cut off date sometime in
September. (please note that we have confirmed that chodosh oats are now on
the shelves in walmart and shoprite and frum distributors have received
chodosh oats).

The wheat harvest is proceeding quickly. The final cut off date for spring
wheat is *August 18th* with a purchase date of *August 28th *for packaged
goods and *August 22* for fresh baked goods.

Barley has a final cut off date of *August 10th* with a purchase date of
*August 25*. This date is earlier than the estimate.

Durum wheat used in Pasta products has an estimated cut off date of *August
27 *and a purchase date of *September 4th. *

*Clarification: *Chodosh date is the first possible date for the
manufacturer to have used Chodosh grain in production. Purchase date is the
last safe date to purchase grain products in stores without checking for
Yoshon status or codes.
