Dear Chodosh Subscribers,

The harvest has begun and despite a late planting season, the harvest is
proceeding 50% faster than usual.

The final oats cut off date is *August 13th* with a purchase date of *August
21*. Please pre-purchase oats now. This cut off date does not apply to
General Mills or Post cereals that will have a cut off date sometime in
September.

The wheat harvest is proceeding quickly. The estimated cut off date for
spring wheat is *August 18th* with a purchase date of *August 28th*.
These dates may change.

Barley has an estimated cut off date of *August 15th* with a purchase date
of *August 21*. This date may change.

The Durum wheat harvest used in Pasta products has not yet begun, therefore
we do not have any estimated dates yet.
