How to get the new Guide to Chodosh

The new “Preliminary Guide to Chodosh” is ready to download by email. Note
that this year the procedure must be somewhat different from the earlier
years. You will not get any response if you send a blank message as in the
past. You must include a meaningful message in the “subject” field and a
few meaningful words in the body of the message. No human will read those
words. However it will prevent the spam filter of the sefer.org site from
blocking the message you sent.


Therefore, to get this version of the Guide send an email to
chodosh at sefer.org. Write a few meaningful words as the subject and as the
message. You should get the Guide back almost immediately. If you do not,
check your own spam filter to make sure it was not held up on your
receiving end.


This version of the Guide is only available by email (free of charge) or in
printed form mailed by US mail to paid subscribers. It will not be sold by
local distributors in printed form. To pay for the printed version (again,
the email version is free of charge) please call 845-356-9348 and record
your credit card number and full address and phone number. The reason for
this change is explained at the beginning of the Preliminary Guide. The
printed version was supposed to go to the printer for printing and mailing
today, Oct 29. However, due to the storm there will be a few days delay.
