[Chodosh] Final Chodosh Dates for all Catagories

Dear Chodosh Subscribers,

1. *FINAL* Oats date: Production date of *August 29 and a Purchase date of
September 15*. Please stock up before thenh to avoid problems later on.

2. *FINAL* Wheat date: Production date of *August 19* and a Purchase date
of *September 1*, except for fresh baked goods in the midwest that have a
cut off date of August 20.

3. *FINAL* Barley date: Production date of *August 15* and purchase
date of *August
25*.

4. *FINAL* Durum wheat: Production date of *August 18* and purchase
date of *September
5.*

5.* Barley malt* is not an issue at all yet and does not need to be
checked. Please be aware that there have been changes in barley malt
production over the years and the guide is revising its guidance about malt
based on the new information. Updates will be issued as soon as they are
available.

6. *Spelt* and *Rye* are all Yoshon and do not need to be checked.

Clarification: All products can be purchased until the relevant purchase
date without checking for Yoshon status. Once that date has passed, Yoshon
status of each product needs to be checked. Yoshon codes for many products
will be published in the Guide to Chodosh.

Now that we have codes, we are working on producing the guide as quickly as
possible and hope to send out at least the pre-edit email version next
week.
