[Chodosh] Oats dates and updates

Oats have a chodosh date this year of August 2nd. Anything produced before
this date is Yoshon. Anything produced after this date may be chodosh.
Oats have a purchase date of August 16. Anything purchased through August
16th does not need to be checked for Yoshon status. Anything purchased
after this date needs to be checked.


The spring wheat and barley harvest have begun. Cut off dates will be
within the next two weeks. Updates will be issued when available. Items
purchased in stores do not need to be checked yet unless you are getting
direct from the grower.
