[Chodosh] Urgent message from the Guide to Chodosh to Yoshon producers and mashgichim

The deadline for information to be included in the forthcoming Guide to
Chodosh is Oct. 25, only 9 days from today. As we had stated many times
over the past months, any Yoshon hashgocho certification can only be
included in the full Guide if it is received by Oct 25. As of now, we have
not yet received such certification from many packaged food producers, and
local establishments such as bakeries, pizza shops, etc. We do not plan to
publish any further Guides or updates, unless some urgent unexpected
developments come up. For the sake of the Yoshon consumers and the business
interests of the Yoshon food producers, it is essential that urgent action
be taken by the mashgichim and hashgocho organizations responsible for
Yoshon supervision. (Please note that the Guide is published in print and
by email as a public service. There is no charge for any listing in the
Guide.)  Information sent by the companies directly can not be accepted. It
must come from the mashgichim directly. Please send such certification by
