[Chodosh] Here is the new Preliminary Guide to Chodosh

Attached is a PDF file of the new Preliminary Guide to Chodosh. As noted in
the preface, it is preliminary. It is meant to let you get going with the
new Chodosh season. The final Guide will BE"H be completed when the
mashgichim provide us with their input, some time after sukkos. This
Preliminary version is scheduled to go to the printer this week, for those
who have paid to have the printed version be mailed to them via US mail.

Many people have sent me questions by email the past few weeks. I apologize
for not having had the time to answer them. Hopefully, this attached Guide
will provide most of the answers they sought.
