[Chodosh] The final copy of the Preliminary Guide to Chodosh

Last week I sent out the draft of the Preliminary Guide to Chodosh.
Attached here is final copy. It has only a few changes from the draft you
got last week.
This copy went to the printer last week Thursday. They will try to get it
to the individual paid subscribers and the local distributors before sukkos
if possible.
