Each year we publish the report "A Survey of the US Grocery Scene with
Relevance to Purchase of Chometz After Pesach". This year's issue is ready
to be downloaded. For a copy of this report, send an email to
chometz at sefer.org.

The Guide to Chodosh is meant to aid the individual consumer to know which
products may be Chodosh and which are Yoshon. The chometz report is not
intended to provide such practical advice. Instead, it is meant primarily
for Rabbonim and others. It underlines the complexity of the issue of
Chometz after pesach, but does not provide any guidance to the consumer.
Consumers should consult their respective Rabbonim and other poskim for
practical halacha.
