The Guide to Chodosh is aimed at the consumer, to allow him to purchase 
food that is not Chodosh. On the other hand, this chometz report is NOT 
aimed at the consumer at all. It contains almost no information that the 
average consumer can use directly. Instead, it is aimed at Rabbonim in the 
hope that it  may present to them some background information upon which 
they can base rulings of when and where to purchase chometz after pesach.

There is a printed, hard copy version of this report that is available. It 
will be mailed free of charge to rabbonim, mashgichim and others who pasken 
halachic questions regarding the purchase of chometz. Please forward the
