A request if you have time to help the Guide to Chodosh on this

I received complaints from 2 people that one feature is not working
properly on the new Chodosh Hot Line. Neither I nor several others have
been able to duplicate their complaint. If you have a few moments and
try the following and report to me if you also had a problem, it would
be appreciated before we become fully dependent on the new Hot Line
during the full Chodosh season.
The reported problem is as follows. They dialed the new Hot Line number,
718-305-5133. They immediately pushed "1" to get the Chodosh News
announcement. Then they pushed again "1" to get the news message
itself. They reported that they were unable to get to the news message
this way. It would be very appreciated if some of you could try this. If
you find no problem DO NOT SEND ME ANY MESSAGES.
However, if you do experience this (or any other) problem please try the
experiment again. Also try to press "1" again or longer. If you found
such problems please do send me email at yherman at earthlink.net. Let me
know what you found. Include the following:
-How many times did you try this. Did the problem occur every time?
Could you duplicate it?
-What phone number did you call from. Where are you located? Did you use
a land line phone, a cell phone, a wired phone or a wireless landline phone?
-Did you try other phones from you locatioin and did this occur on all
of them?
Again, I would appreciate you help. You can understand that in switching
to the new Hot Line my intent is to improve matters, not to make them worse.
