Request for advice on label generation from the Guide to Chodosh

Many people get the Guide to Chodosh by US mail. We need to generate 
mailing labels for these people. Until now we have been using a Seiko lalel 
making machine driven by Seiko's Smart Label program. This program is being 
increasingly cumbersome to use as the size of our mailing list has been 
growing. I wonder if anybody getting these E mails has any experience with 
a label generation method that they can recommend for mailing lists 
exceeding 1000 addresses? Your helpful advice would be appreciated.
