A short message from the Guide to Chodosh

According to the latest report from the Dept of Agriculture, as of this
past Sunday, about 23% of the Chodosh spring wheat, 26% of the barley and
59% of the oats were already harvested. We are well into the Chodosh harvest.
Those who want to subscribe to these government weekly reports should send
E mail to: usda-reports at usda.mannlib.cornell.ed. On the first line of the
body of the report, type the phrase: subscribe crop-progress

You can request several reports by sending an E-mail message to:
chodosh-request at jif.org.il. Then in the body of the message type the
command: "get" (without the quotes) followed by the name of the file that
you want. Type each request on a new line. Make sure that you copy the file
name exactly as spelled including capital letters. These reports are now
available:
get Guidelines.txt
This gets a long report on Guidelines to Mashgichim on Chodosh
get Crops.txt
This gets the estimates of percentage Yoshon for this year.
